FS2004 FS2002 Dsseldorf-Regional (Weeze)
Description: | This is the scenery of Dsseldorf-Regional (Weeze), former known as Airport Niederrhein, and even earlier known as RAF Laarbruch.In 1954 RAF base Laarbruch opened in the Western part of Germany, very close to the Dutch border. Many squadrons were based there until the last squadron (Harrier) left in 1999. The airfield closed, to be rebuilt into a civil airfield. They were constructing for about 3 years. On the 1st of May 2003, the airfield was opened as Flughafen Niederrhein (NRN/EDLV). The first (Ryanair) flight was flown while the terminal and apron were still under construction. Description: | Grand Lake St. Marys Seaport O12 rests in Ohio's largest inland lake at Celina, Ohio. Float and soar plane enthusiasts will find thermals (several are placed within about a 60 mile radius) and plenty of docks or moors around the lake for your Amphib and afcads. Best soar plane field is at Fortman 1OH4 in this scenery. Depending on real weather direction, varying gusts (ridge) will become active. I've not tried to find all the way to Dayton KDAY in the sail plane, yet. Hope to have the Baro-triggered tornado fx done soon.
