FS2004 Halo Texture file version 3   Description: The halo texture file changes several lights in Fs2004..My attempt at halo version#3 now makes taxi lights appear brighter blue .The strobe at runways and strobes only at runways gives off a color that makes it appear to have a reflection onto the ground. From all other versions of my halo texture file this is the most realistic attempt to this date. This texture file has been re-done to  provide more realistic features.The file is in DXT3 format.As crazy as it may sound, I spent over 100 hrs messing with this file to get it the way I wanted it to look.No setting changes to anything else is needed .The file was tested on a very fast system so results may vary from system to system at this time it is unknown.Have fun..by Sandon Lyon.
